Didn’t quite hit the mark? No worries. We’re here to help.
We want you to be stoked with your Fasthouse NZ gear. If something’s not quite right, you can return it for a refund - no drama. Just make sure your item is in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached.
Here’s the lowdown:
- You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to return it.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked the gear.
- Shipping fees are only refunded if your item was damaged or incorrect.
- Sale items are final - no refunds unless damaged or incorrect.
- We don’t accept returns on gift vouchers.
