Ordering
Do you have a physical store?
Nope - just online for now.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days, and delivery time depends on where you’re based. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, we might be able to help. Contact us ASAP at info@thefasthouse.co.nz.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the returns policy?
You’ve got 30 days to return any unworn, unwashed gear with the tags still attached. Head to our [Returns page] for the details.
Something’s wrong with my order - what now?
Bugger! If something’s damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, get in touch at info@thefasthouse.co.nz and we’ll sort it fast.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items are final sale - unless something’s faulty or we made a mistake.
Shipping
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yep - orders over $250 NZD ship free. Under that? We charge a flat rate of $14.50 NZD for nationwide delivery, and $23.50 NZD if you're in a rural area.
Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
We only ship within Aotearoa through this site - but don’t stress if you’re overseas. Fasthouse has local dealers and distributors in loads of other countries. Check out www.fasthouse.com to find a stockist near you.
Eff! My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!
Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
Wholesale
Who can apply for a wholesale account?
We supply to retailers, bike shops, moto dealers, lifestyle stores - basically anyone with a valid business and a good fit for the Fasthouse brand.
